Site QA/QC Inspections
Civil, structural, architectural and MEP inspections, including general surveillance, quality observations and field verification of executed works.
Q-MOZ supports contractors, subcontractors and suppliers with practical site inspections, technical reporting, documentation control and close-out support designed to reduce rework and improve compliance.
Q-MOZ QA/QC Services is a Mozambique-focused consultancy founded by two Civil Engineers with extensive experience in construction, field inspections, documentation management and quality coordination.
Our approach is practical. We work close to the site, close to the documentation and close to the people responsible for execution. This allows us to identify risks early, support teams with clear technical follow-up and contribute to more efficient delivery.
We support building, civil, industrial and project-support environments with services that combine inspection, reporting, compliance awareness and day-to-day QA/QC discipline.
The service structure below is designed to stay broad enough for different client needs while remaining credible and execution-oriented.

Q-MOZ was founded in 2026 by two Civil Engineers who combine international project exposure, field presence and QA/QC discipline to deliver practical value to construction stakeholders in Mozambique.
The company was created with a simple objective: support contractors, subcontractors and suppliers with QA/QC services that are useful in real project conditions, not only in theory. That means staying close to execution, understanding documentation requirements and helping teams close gaps before they turn into rework, delay or handover issues.
The experience behind Q-MOZ covers major civil works, buildings, industrial and EPC environments, modular construction, MEP interfaces, quality reporting, non-conformity follow-up, technical document review and close-out support. This foundation allows Q-MOZ to provide balanced support across both field activities and office-based quality requirements.
