Q-MOZ QA/QC Services is a Mozambique-focused consultancy founded by two Civil Engineers with extensive experience in construction, field inspections, documentation management and quality coordination.
Our approach is practical. We work close to the site, close to the documentation and close to the people responsible for execution. This allows us to identify risks early, support teams with clear technical follow-up and contribute to more efficient delivery.

That means staying close to execution, understanding documentation requirements and helping teams close gaps before they turn into rework, delay or handover issues.
